New Bipartisan Bill Delays ELD Enforcement, Says Reforms Needed
While livestock and insect haulers have an exemption to electronic logging device (ELD) rules through Sept. 30, 2018, other agriculture commodity haulers will see their current exemption run out at midnight on June 18.
